HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!! [eve] haha... was quite tiring todae.. had to go school early in the morning to prepare for teachers' day concert.. then play the songs, carry instruments baq to MPH. the same old routine.. Oh YAH!!.. and LIONEL was the emcee leh... clap clap.. i'm yawning now... then after that.. the end of the teachers' day celebration.. i met with chia jone and yong jie.. went baq to our Primary School... ROSYTH!! yaye!! do i sound very enthu? but i went home to put my liuqin first lah... hmm.. i wun wan to carry it wherever i go.. i was quite early when i reached Rosyth.. then pple came streaming in.. then all of us who met up, went around the school lorh.. met with the teachers oso.. Zhi Han bought an ice cream cake lorh.. then end up all the boys eating up the cake... then the girls were like growling.. haha.. and we even asked them to pay for the cake.. after that.. we went to heartland mall to makan.. we went for bowling... haiz.. still unable to break my highscore.. 127.. pls dun laugh.. i noe it's very lousy.. haha... lucky i neva fall down.. but u guyz muz rmb "dun fall down" Thursday, August 26, 2004
todae was fun.. No Lessons.. but still had to stay in school.. the Sec 1s and 3s all went for their sabbaticals.. then the sec 2s like very slack.. So we watched 2 cartoon movies todae... One is the about the grandma who possess magical powers and one is "Spirited Away" Both cartoons are nice.. so after that i went to check on the sunflowers with some of my frenz.. Almost all of them bloom liao.. Then later went for theory lesson.. But before that, i went to KAP to makan with the same bunch of frenz.. that's all... my slacky day.. shud i tok about the camp? very sian leh.. but i think i shud sae lah.. otherwise got nuthin to write about.. haha here goes.. DAY 1 Was not very energetic in the morning when i woke up.. Oni slept at 12am the day before. Went to the classroom.. slack there for a while.. then suddenly the classroom full of pple.. Guess i was daydreaming all the while.. Then when time's up. Went to the terraces.. Usual stuff. Sing Anthem. Say pledge. Then we were split into our grps... Afterwhich, we went onto the coaches which brought us to Chinese Garden.. Then we were introduced to our trainer... Wah lao... She has armpit hair lorh.. and samuel (from 2C ) kept "Hi-5-ing" with her, to see the armpit.. I so disgusted lorh.. Ohoh.. then it was the pitching of tents.. After pitching our tents.. we had to like sort of secure the tent from moving too much in the wind.. So how to we do it? WE PEG.. then Jie Yu, my tentmate, was like going arnd asking "Can peg or not?". Then that Samuel, oso my tentmate.. found it interesting.. and went around asking the trainers "CAN PEG OR NOT?" So the series of "Can peg or not?" started.. Mind you.. it lasted all the way to the end of the camp.. This phrase can drive trainers mad... I shall cut the crap lah.. Then it was the adventure race.. or so-called amazing race.. We did Map orienteering, kayaking, outdoor cooking, problem solving, rafting and dragon boating... All in chinese garden.. Whoa.. and Chinese Garden has lots and lots of mosquitoes.. i got so many bites from them.. DAY 2 Woke up.. Looked at watch.. WE ARE SO LATE... then in my tent.. everyone snoring away.. then i like woke evrybody up.. then brush teeth.. after that.. everyone gathered in the patch of grass.. then blahblahblah.. we hiked all the way to our next campsite.. at bukit batok (CDANS)... Stoopid lah.. Whole thing was like 7km liddat lorh.. My leg muscles were like so damn tight after the hike. And we were carrying our haversacks too.. So we gathered there.. then we had to settle down in the tents at the campsite.. which was So SO far away from the gathering area... The "Can peg or not?" thinggy soon started again.. Afterwhich, we gathered again.. Went for the Low and High element.. I was one of the lucky ones to go for Flying fox i guess... Wah lao.. it's like 6 storeys high lorh, the take off point.. or mebbe even higher.. So i wore my harness.. and took the pulley stuff.. Walked up the stairs... The view from the top.. whoa.. very scary.. lucky there were pple in front of me.. Before i took off.. i looked down lorh... i can't imagine myself falling down lorh.. it was so so high lorh.. it looked 10 storeys high from the top... Wah lao.. then it was my turn.. i juz took a deep breath and jump.. the first part was so damn thrilling.. like falling from the building liddat.. then the rest of the flying fox was ok larh.. At night... it rained... So shiok.. No campfire.. then everyone gathered.. i think oni 3 grps in one shelter lah.. cos muz split the shelters up evenly.. So lame lorh.. i felt like sleeping alrd.. i looked at my watch, it's oni 8++pm.. The trainers decided to haf a mini campfire.. so they borrowed a torches from everyone.. Then the rain stopped a little.. and later stopped completely.. we went back to our tents to check the condition of it.. Luckily my tent was little bit wet oni.. Mingwei's one turned into swimming pool.. cos he did not zip up his tent.. haha.. We slept in our tents then.. while mingwei they all slept elsewhere... I sweated throughout the nite.. So damn hot.. DAY 3 woke up.. felt itchy all over.. brushed teeth.. then gathered at the gathering area again.. Then we unpitch tents, cleaned up.. then go off lorh.. While we were ready to get off, it rained again.. so all of us were soaking wet when we get up the coaches.. stoopid.. Back at Chinese High, got those prize presentation and other stuff.. after that.. the whole thing was over.. --- S0 happy to get home.. I missed my com... Missed evryone.. haha.. So sad that we have to go baq school tmr.. hope can pon sch.. Argh!! Still got hw haven do yet.. and the time now is.?? ok.. guess it's baq to civilisation again.. byebye.. harloe again.. it's been days since i can find time to sit down and update my blog.. oh.. thx to samuel for reminding me.. i noe he has been vry zi bei since ytd after seeing the pipa solo by yu jia.. samuel.. dun zi bei oh anywae... i'm so buai song todae lorh KIM KYUNG AH won LI JIA WEI Wah.. I'm so buai song.. u noe why? COS that Kyung Ah's playing style sooooo weird... like cutting the ball liddat.. so buai song lorh.. JIA WEI lost to her as she did not haf enuff patience.. argh.. here goes again... Singapore's not fated to haf olympic medals.. I'm not going seoul garden anymore liao.. Not eating korean instant noodles liao.. And.. Sec 2 camp's tmr.. i'm not looking forward to it... MIND YOU.. i'm very sian todae... that vexed feeling is coming back... can't believe it lorh.. i felt so sian ytd that i stopped studying maths.. and todae... well.. u noe what happened... tests finally over... OH... not yet... still got PCME test... crap.. fancy putting a test for it... Hinduism... Islam... whoa.. i faint arh.. got to know geog results todae... i've got B4.. damn zi bei now.. i fell asleep while studying for geog lorh.. then got back this type of results... the feeling... u all shud noe larh.. then i began to calculate my results again... but actually.. i dunno what i'm doing this for leh.. what's the purpose of getting good results? to get into the sec 3 class than you want? to let parents be happy? i dun think so... i think it's to satisfy oneself.. my music teacher told me.. "Those pple who know music are fortunate ones... they have smth that ordinary pple do not haf.." i guess it's very meaningful.. music has done a lot for me.. i'm now listening to music... liuqin pieces.. feeling much better now.. i forgot those bad memories when i listen to music... haha.. i came back home very early todae.. skipped third lang.. felt very tired... then on the bus... TV mobile.. Olympics... then went back home.. turned on tv.. saw jocelin yeo (is that how i spell?? haha..) she was like leading in the first 50m... then after that... from 1st to 8th... so sad... then i saw jing jun hong .. tabletennis.. lost to china... argh... hopeless.. but ronald susilo won world no. 1 // i think i that's smth i'm very impressed with.. Sorry for not blogging... had tests to study for... finally there's a break to the tests, well at least for 2 days.. so many things happened todae... firstly it was the Lit test lorh.. nuthin much to sae bout it though.. i realised that the tests were the same as laz yr's, well not the qns.. but the poems that were tested.. Mingwei was right leh.. but nvm lah.. i spent the whole night ytd studying lorh.. i even watched the transfer of power by the prime minister, and all those swearing stuff... it ended at around 9pm, i guess.. and i oni started after that.. dun tok about the test liao.. whoa.. smth even interesting happened.. after the test... i looked around.. guess what i saw.. i saw seng yeow.. what's so interesting? he was pasting the science notes in his bio practical book.. oh.. i thought.. u probably guess i wud like ... "Whoa, Seng yeow.. nv paste again arh??" no.. you were wrong.. i walked back slowly to my sit.. mind you.. slowly... then i was like - in my mind ... picturing myself taking out my science stuff and put on the table.. see got any thing nv do or not.. guess wad.. i looked into my bag.. whoa.. no science stuff... i was like "Haha.. zhiguang, relak lah.. try to rmb where u put it.." i looked into my file... oso dun haf... i began to worry... "zhiguang, faster rmb where u put it!!" there was a timetable on the teacher's table... i went to take a look.. 12.10pm - 12.50pm ---> Lower Sec Science 12.50pm - 1.30pm ---> Lower Sec Science weird heh? whoa.. in my mind was like "whoa... 2 science lessons today arh?" wad's worst... my science teacher was Mrs Teo.. ok.. above's my story.. for those who dun understand.. i have a short summary below.. "I forgot to bring all my science stuff today.. there are 2 science periods, my science teacher is Mrs Teo.. I hope she's not reading my blog. Or i'm dead." you might be wondering how i managed to get through 1hrs 20mins without my science stuff.. in Mrs Teo's lesson.. haha.. Thanks to those who lent me their science stuff: Ong Chin Kiat - - -> For lending me bio pract bk, and science txtbk. So fun.!! Went to the ntuc building to watch NDP.. the place has those big screen tvs and air-coned area.. so very comfy.. my bro fell asleep while watching... haha.. and in the end.. the fireworks.. were very nice... nuthin much to sae... had pizza for dinner.. then watched Singapore Idol ... So unorginal... everyone's copying Simon Cowell.. the judges.. are... well... I Neva even seen one of them on tv before... and they are like... insulting here and there.. "I dun like ur attitude..." LAME>> fancy saying that on NAtional Day.. and there was a guy... "May i haf the permission to start?" "May i haf the permission to move around?" // then that judge.. "May i haf the permission to tell u that ur singing haf problems.." lolz.. so funny.. and i'm here blogging now.. "dun fall down" it's National Day!! Happy Birthday Singapore!! Haha... was very funny this morning... my father tried to show off his culinary skills by helping us prepare breakfast.. haha... we were supposed to have the kueh which my grandma prepared for us... but in the end, we were left with some charred kueh... haha.. so funny.. i oni ate 2 of the kueh... too awful... and i was like slacking till afternoon, when i began to touch little bit on my malay project... we were supposed to come out with a storybook for the malay project.. and i was like writing in English then erm.. translate to Malay?? hahaz.. my family is going down to the Raffles Place to watch the fireworks... dunno there got or not... aniwae.. haha...gonna leave in 20 mins time... I haven even touched on my financial maths yet... Sorry SEAN!! no time to do lah.. will be back tonight around 9pm liddat... sorry again hope there are no trees to block my view of the fireworks... Was a little bit dull todae... Went to shou hao's house to design the new CO tshirt... haha... the new design's cool.. but i still can't figure out how to use Adobe Photoshop.. if only there was a workshop... Haiz... i thot of put instruments as the border and squash the words to make it look nice... indeed it looks good... it shows the 4 instrumental sections which make up the CO as well.. So slacky todae, dun feel like doing any hw but to laze around and do nothing... occasionally i would listen to music too... Classical music... hmm... tmr's National Day... gonna go out and celebrate my mum's birthdae... her birthdae ish on National day too... haha... wad a coincidence.. Hopefully, the performances of the NDP are good... aniwae, it has been good every year.. but i still can't go there to watch it live.. with the atmosphere around... the oni time i've done it was during P5.. NDP rehearsal... argh.. dunno why every year i can't go down to the National stadium to watch the NDP.. mebbe i'm fated to watch it every year at home... haha... aniwae it's the spirit that counts haha.. Today was MPH mass cleaning... So funny todae.. the person in-charge overslept.... err... i guess he was still sleeping while we had practiced for 2 hrs right? at least i noe i'm not the worst here... haha. New pieces were practiced today... but it was crap.. the piece was copied wrongly and there were mistakes here and there... Then came the mass cleaning... so chaotic. Everyone was like walking here and there.. some sweep, some arrange... and some jus.. well? Encourage?? Like "yah, yah... you are doing a great job!! Keep it up!! " lolz.. The mopping was so funny... i took a pail of water and poured it on the floor... it seemed that we were washing the floor instead... sorry for that!! Was so tired when i reached home... thuddup and i fell asleep on the bed... then woke up to eat lunch at around 3pm liddat.. Then guess what.. i went back to sleep again... haha.. then sleep all the way till then.. 6.45pm.. So tired todae.. i think gonna sleep early todae... cos i had a few late nights for studying at the start of the week.. for tests... lolz.. i changed the blog skin.. actually had first wanted a new design... but lazy to go search.. so changed the colours instead... Celebration of National Day... I find this year's celebration a little bit dull lorh.. in the morning were the marching stuff by the uniform groups... from my observation skills.. a band member holding onto a drum fainted.. then a band member dropped the drumstick while playing... haha realli nuthin much to do but to watch, sit and do nothing.. then was the concert... the performances were good, but the responses was bad... haiz... really... are we Singaporeans?? well mebbe not all lah.. Tests = 6 - 2 = 4 (Math, Sci, Lit and Com Studies) Yaye... 2 tests were over todae... It was so funny, i studied studied yesterdae and fell asleep halfway, right in front of the Computer... haha... then this morning my father was like... "Oi, what happened to you??" I had left the lights on, the computer on, the music on [i think e CD repeated 5+ times?]... whoa... This is the 2nd time this type of incident happened to me lorh... haha... then i was so blur in the morning, went to look at the Geography slides once again... 4 more days to NATIONAL DAY!! haha.. wah.. i was totally screwed up todae during class lor... shuddup lah douglas... big loud speaker.. u all wanna noe the long story got ask from Kang Jie... haha i told him.. so dun bother me again and let me concentrate oso... and todae's english test... i finally learnt how to manage time liao...
