Monday, January 22, 2007 monday! haha! just came back from a nice nice dinner! ate uhh noodles! she ate teriyaki salmon! haha! then i got a ride home from her daddy. =D yay! today was the 2nd week of official lessons! tutorials and lectures all over again! zzz.. arhh. shant talk about the day itself! but i muz talk about MRS BOO. our beloved math lecturer cum tutor. she totally rocks man. spends half the time telling us lame jokes. totally she told us this 2 hokkien jokes. we totally LENG DIAO can. one of it goes like this... "There was this man who is very poor in hokkien. as in he speaks very slowly and is not very fluent. So one day he went to the coffeeshop and ordered Coffee without Milk. So he said, "KOPI MAI LOK GU NI" - okays it means coffee dun add milk. but unfortunately he said it soo slowly that the coffeeshop worker misunderstood him and gave him COFFEE, MILO and MILK. after she said this we were all stunned. it was one of the most cold jokes i ever heard in my life. and somemore it's from a teacher, MRS BOO. Oh man. i really pei fu her. X D in between the lesson she also told us how lucky we were that we get to enjoy aircon and stuff. she sae that HCI used to have no aircon de, only fans. so its rather warm. then a lot of pple suddenly sae that got mrs boo to provide aircon can alrd (cold jokes). lol! after school went for this stp talk on nanotechnology! oh man. what transistor, carbon nano-tubes. me and tunglin sitting at the side like have totally no idea what the speaker is talking about larh. gradually i dozed off! lol! lucky i wasnt caught. haha then it was CO! we tried out 大地回春 again! it's a very nice piece! esp. the part with the unique rhythm. oh! after CO celebrated hong fei's bdae! which is supposedly tmr. and it was fun watching him being bonded and sprayed with a water gun. lol! and 07s7E has a blog! its super duper cool! and we post pictures and stuff! oh man! my class rocks! lol! Friday, January 19, 2007 hci. new school. finally a new post! its been 2 weeks into my college life! it has been really different from secondary school i muz sae. shall try and recall everything that happened during the past 2 weeks. haha! okays. 3rd to 12 january was orientation. which was super duper fun! this year im under og 1! ONE! and my og totally rocks! haha. okays shall list down all my og mates who made my first week full of fun and laughter! Abeline. Benjamin. Bin Bin. Jiawei. Choonleng. Qi Jian. Siyuan. Jia Yee. Joseph. Joshua. Juliana. Jun Wen. Li Jing. Lynn. Yam Huo. Peng Rong. Rachel. Shaun. Szu An. Xiang Xu (Triple x). Yan Tian. Yu En. and me!! haha. og1 won almost every single game during orientation. lol! arhh. but i missed out on the og outing! heard there were a lot of forfeits and stuff. X / okays! then it brings to the other part of orientation => speeches/briefings haha. but seriously. i did not manage to stay awake for any speech. i rmb when mr ang started on his speech. i immediately fell asleep. as in IMMEDIATELY leh. cos i dun rmb any single thing he said. only when he caught this guy sleeping then i suddenly sprang awake. HAHA. but i dun remember any thing from any speech. when my classmates asked smth like "HEY, isnt she the one who briefed us that day?", then i will like go "HUH. got briefing meh?" lol. another thing! i have no idea how i got into stp. zzz. its like a total shock to me. i cant believe i was jumping up and down when i saw my name on the list. STP is like every monday extra enrichment classes for 1.5 hr only. in other aspects not much of a difference. when i got into my class i was really disappointed. cos i was separated from my sec 4 classmates. then all of my classmates are like soo good in their studies. before the lectures, tutorials are already completed alrd. so im like always trying to catch up. yeah. and pple think that we mug a lot. so it's like GEP in sec school larh. so zhiguang u managed to get into GEP! wow! but after one week together it was a totally different thing. the class spirit is gradually building up! and my classmates are a cool bunch of peeps! X) our class item was really cool! haha. oh man. the class flag too. lol. we study and play hard. and dao1 what other pple think of us. X ) yeah. its good to have classmates to pressurize u to study hard! college life is only a short 2 years. everything will be over soo quickly.. and at the end of it everyone will go pursue their own dreams alrd. soo i shall make good use of this 2 years. yupp. lectures and tutorials are soo different from the old classroom system. and the lecturers are like all soo interesting. our chem tutor and lecturer, mr sam lee is like every lecture show us an orientation clip from youtube. and his lessons are super fun. our math tutor and lecturer, mrs boo is extremely lame. the last lecture she showed us this internet joke about why students cannot pass exams then at the end of it all of us "leng diao". bio lecturer is like teach halfway then dunno what she's teaching about.. our bio tutor is also our CT! mrs cheng! who is an ex student of hwachong! ehh. and our econs lecturer is this pregnant lady who has this large pair of eyes that stares at u so u cannot fall asleep. haha! then our econs tutor is a mdm fok who laughs a lot in class. the first econs tutorial we had to do this island map thinggy so we came out with a lot of lame ideas. okay nothing else! now to co! co is fun! esp when u're sitting beside lionel. everyone calls him the horny captain. and he seems to be proud of it! during practice he will like tell me soo many jokes that cannot stop laughing. and kevin kow is joining co! that is wonderful news! a new member to hcco! lol! syf in may! we shall all jiayou tgt! hcico jiayou too! i shall go back some day and support u guys! yeah! okay! shall end here. will update SOON! =) Monday, January 01, 2007 new year and dad's bdae! happy new year! very happy today! spent the first few hours on the phone! yay! and tmr's my dad's bdae. my dad says January 2nd is public holiday because it's his birthday! soo everyone can celebrate together! X) and we're going to have a big celebration and big feast together! it's going to be so fun!
